SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

A. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

· Processing time: 3-7 Days

· Shipping time: 14~30 Days

B. Shipping methods:

1. **Standard Delivery**

- Shipping Fee: $464 (Free shipping in some areas)

- Coverage: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan

 

Shipping fee:

- Shipping cost is automatically calculated (displayed at checkout), and customs duties are paid by the recipient.

 

2. **Free Shipping Offer**

- Free shipping in selected areas.

 

3. **Other Notes**

- For large items, please contact customer service to confirm the shipping cost.

- Return shipping costs are at your own expense (except for quality issues).

 

Delivery time: Shipment within 1-3 working days. Delivery may be postponed during holidays.

 Product Return Process:
To request a return authorization, please contact KTECH customer service. After contacting KTECH, the customer will be asked to provide the reason for the return and a receipt or proof of purchase.
The KTECH customer support team will determine if the purchased item qualifies for a return. Once the order is confirmed to meet the return criteria, KTECH will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. The customer must clearly mark the RMA number on the packaging and include a dated proof of purchase.
For products being returned due to quality issues that are beyond the 30-day return period but still within the warranty period, KTECH will provide instructions on how to properly package the product for safe return. Do not ship the product until you have received the correct shipping safety instructions.


Note: Do not return any items without an RMA confirmation from the KTECH customer support team. Returns without RMA confirmation will not be processed for refunds or exchanges, and the item will be returned to the sender. KTECH's return and exchange policy will be determined based on the specific requirements of the actual event day.
