II. Warranty Policy
If the equipment fails or malfunctions due to technical defects or material issues within the warranty period, please contact us through the official after-sales service channel. According to KTECH's warranty terms, if a machine malfunctions, please provide the following information or documents (which will help the after-sales service team address product issues):
1. Photo of the product nameplate;
2. Product serial number;
3. Error messages on the display screen (if any, please provide) and other describable error information;
4. Detailed information of the entire power generation system (including components, circuit connections, etc.);
5. Previous error messages of the product (if any, please provide).
In the event of a failure within the KTECH standard warranty period, we will provide the following solutions:
A: Remote Diagnosis and Support: The KTECH technical team will first conduct remote diagnosis of the issue online and provide solutions or guide the user through operations;
B: Replacement of Parts: If the issue cannot be resolved through remote support, the technician will arrange for the replacement of parts related to the product;
C: Factory Repair: For some complex issues that cannot be resolved through remote diagnosis and parts replacement, the equipment will need to be sent back to the factory for repair;
D: Replacement of the Entire Machine: If the equipment cannot meet the normal usage standards after repair, or the issue cannot be fixed, the customer will receive a new replacement device.
During the warranty period, the replaced machine will automatically continue the remaining warranty period of the faulty machine, and therefore, you will not receive a new warranty certificate.
Please keep the purchase proof properly for future use. For cases where the machine or its parts need to be shipped back, please make sure to package them in their original or equivalent manner.
KTECH reserves the right to arrange third-party service providers to provide after-sales service to you during the warranty period. The KTECH standard warranty includes the labor and material costs for machine repair but does not include other expenses. Additionally, direct or indirect losses caused by machine malfunctions are not included.
