Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel a transaction at any time before KTECH begins the shipping process. The shipping process typically commence within 4 hours of order placement. If an order cannot be cancelled before shipping, customers may return the product according to KTECH’s return policy.

Returns:

Products purchased from KTECH can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that KTECH does not accept returns beyond 30 days after delivery (this does not include returns due to defects or quality issues, which can be accepted upon inspection and approval by KTECH). KTECH 30-Day Return Policy: For returns of products purchased online at Candlon.com, customers must contact KTECH customer service within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging (the original container or covering used for the product, including all accessories, attachments, and instructions), unused, undamaged, unaltered, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number provided by KTECH (customers must first contact the energy customer support team to obtain this). Customers must provide proof of purchase to begin the return process. Note: Upon receiving your package, we recommend retaining the original packaging for any future needs. For KTECH products purchased from other authorized retailers or sellers, please contact the seller from whom the product was originally purchased.

Shipping Fees

Under the following conditions, KTECH will pay for the shipping fees for product returns: The product was damaged during shipping or warehouse handling; The product itself has defects; The wrong product was delivered; The delivered product is not what the customer ordered; For returns under other conditions, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Shipping fees vary depending on the location of shipment. KTECH does not accept returns of any modified products. Any modifications will void KTECH's warranty. Any modified products returned to KTECH will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. For approved returns, KTECH will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Any shipping fees owed by the customer will be deducted from the refund issued by KTECH to the customer.

Refunds:

For returns within the 30-day return period related to customer preferences (not related to defects, shipping damage, or incorrect products), a restocking fee of 10% to 15% will be charged..

After receiving the returned product, KTECH will issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days. KTECH will notify the customer via email once the refund has been processed. If the refund has not been received after 7 to 10 business days, please contact the KTECH customer support team. All returned products will be inspected to ensure they comply with KTECH's return policy.

Product Return Process:

To request a return authorization, please contact KTECH customer service. After contacting KTECH, customers will be asked to provide the reason for the return as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.

The KTECH customer support team will determine whether the purchased product qualifies for a return. Once it is confirmed that the order meets the return conditions, KTECH will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. Customers must clearly mark the RMA number on the packaging and include a dated proof of purchase.

For products returned due to quality issues that are beyond the 30-day return period but still within the warranty period, KTECH will provide instructions on how to properly package the product for a safe return. Do not ship the product until you have received the correct shipping safety instructions.

What should I do if the MPPT voltage/current does not match?

If the MPPT input voltage range is lower than the maximum open-circuit voltage of the PV modules (especially at low temperatures), it may cause equipment damage;

Choose an MPPT controller with an input voltage range that covers the maximum open-circuit voltage of the PV modules at extreme low temperatures, and leave at least 10%-20% voltage margin。

When strings are connected in parallel and there are shading or different orientations, the MPPT may not effectively track the maximum power point of each branch.

Use string-level optimizers or independent MPPT branch designs to ensure each branch independently tracks the maximum power point, reducing the impact of shading or orientation differences

Reverse polarity or poor grounding can cause short circuits or equipment failure.

Wire according to polarity markings during installation, use a grounding resistance tester to ensure reliable grounding, and install anti-reverse connection protection circuits.

Poor ventilation or direct sunlight can affect heat dissipation and lifespan.

Install in a well-ventilated, shaded area (such as an equipment box with ventilation holes) to ensure at least 30cm of space around for heat dissipation.

The inverter’s rated power is not matched with the PV array capacity (such as overload or low load operation), or the input voltage range is not compatible with the component open-circuit voltage (especially at low temperatures).

Choose a suitable model based on the maximum power of the PV array and the open-circuit voltage under extreme temperatures, leaving a 10%-20% power margin.

Reverse polarity or fine wire diameter at the DC/AC terminals, or poor grounding, can lead to reduced efficiency, heating, and even short circuits. 

Wire according to specifications, use cables that meet current requirements, and verify grounding reliability with a grounding resistance tester.

Installing in a confined space can lead to poor heat dissipation, sunlight exposure can accelerate aging, and a humid environment can cause circuit corrosion.  

Choose a well-ventilated, cool and dry location, away from flammable materials, and ensure at least 50cm of space around for heat dissipation.

The inverter and battery voltage/charge-discharge curves are not compatible, leading to overcharging or undervoltage protection.  

Choose an inverter that supports the battery type (such as lithium-ion/lead-acid), and control it in conjunction with the BMS.
